This program is designed to help you to take back control of your own body by restoring your innate ability to effortlessly bend forward and touch your toes. We do this by improving the movement quality, strength and mobility:
– Low Back
– Ribcage
– Pelvis
– Hips
– Ankles
– Feet
– Calves
– Hamstrings
– Quads
– Glutes
– Core

This is a full lower body program designed to improve your overall movement quality, strength and mobility and all these areas mentioned above!
It’s structured in a way that no matter what your ability is you’ll be able to take part and do as much as you want or need to do.

The program is split into two seperate days, Day 1 and Day 2

Both days incorporate similar elements but work on different styles of breathing and target different areas of the rib cage and posterior chain.

There are 5 exercises in each program. Each exercise to be done for a total of 3mins (90sec on each side for some exercises). If you need to take a break at any stage during the 3mins please do but make sure to keep the timer running. We only want you to spend 15 mins on the program.
We recommend that you do the program 6 days per week for the quickest and best results. Committing to six 15 minute sessions for 6-8 weeks could change how you move, how you feel and how you view your body forever. It’s important that you give yourself and your body the best chance of success. Dipping in and out won’t lead to the results you COULD get.
No! It is specifically designed as a step-by-step program to take you from a beginner to advanced over the course of the 6-8 weeks.
No! This program is created from our experience working with 1000’s of clients over the past 6 years, including professional athletes and olympians!

Yes, absolutely! The program is designed to complement your other training programs and sports.
No gym equipment is needed. However you can add weights to some of the exercises if you feel like it will help you get to the next level.
