This program is designed to help you improve the movement quality, strength, power and mobility:

This is a full lower body program designed to improve your squat by improving the movement quality, strength, power and mobility and all these areas mentioned above!
It’s structured in a way that no matter what your ability is you’ll be able to take part and do as much as you want or need to do.

The program is split into three sessions, Day 1 & 3, Day 2 & 4 and Day 5

Each session is split into two sections; Mobility & Breathing and Squat Mechanics. These sections incorporate similar elements but work on some different mobility drills, styles of breathing, strength exercises and target different pelvic & ribcage mechanics.

There are 3 exercises for each section of each session. 3 mobility drills, 3 breathing exercises and 3 mechanics movements. The sets and reps for each drill, exercise and movement along with the breathing technique is laid out in the program. Each program is designed to last approximately 20mins.
Committing to five 20 minute sessions for 6-8 weeks could change how you squat, how you move and how you feel forever. It’s important that you give yourself and your body the best chance of success. Dipping in and out won’t lead to the results you COULD get.
