It’s structured in a way that no matter what your ability is you’ll be able to take part and do as much as you want or need to do.
12 minutes a day is all you need for breathing and mobility program, and then there are five strength sessions per week (or more if you’d like) which will each last for about 25 minutes.
Committing to each of the sessions for 12 weeks could change how you move, how you feel and how you perform forever. It’s important that you give yourself and your body the best chance of success. Dipping in and out won’t lead to the results you COULD get.
No! It is specifically designed as a step-by-step program to take you from a beginner to advanced over the course of the 12-weeks. There is also the option on each session of easier or advanced exercises that you can choose. You can take your time and build-up to the advanced ones later on if you like.
